This graphic was made after Giano qualified for his third NCAA national championship. The image's simple nature including only one photo of him coupled with bold text shows the seriousness Giano was feeling towards the competition. Giano went on to win the 60m hurdles at the 2022 Indoor Track and Field. This was his first gold medal at a national stage.

Lashanna commissioned my work after seeing what I had made for Giano Roberts previously. She wanted flashy artwork to hang in her room and post on her socials. We played with texture, shadows and saturations to highlight Lashanna's national pride and devotion to her sport.

This commission was for an instagram post to hype up Giano's followers as he took on year two of competition at Clemson University. This simple design plays with a range of emotion and plays with typography and textures to add dimension.

This graphic was made as Giano was entering the outdoor track and field season. This graphic was done anticipating the upcoming spring 2023 season and celebrate all the victories he's experienced while at Clemson University. Items like the Clemson hurdle and the purple blocks in the foreground along with his serious starting stance signify his readiness to start each race.

This image made for Shantae was commissioned after seeing graphics made for Giano Roberts, her teammate. Based off of the photos shared with me by Shantae, I could tell that she wanted something that celebrated her as a person who has gotten this far with the help of her athletic ability among other things. The inclusion of her high jumping photo at the bottom of the image interacts with the two different background textures nicely and the contrast of the one black and white headshot adds drama to the composition.

This graphic was done in anticipation of Giano's upcoming appearance at the division one indoor track and field national championships in Birmingham, Alabama. The design shows images of Giano racing throughout the 2021 season along with images of him from his media day that season. In the background are images of the Birmingham skyline and the indoor track he would be competing on.

These two images were made as a birthday present for Giano. They were printed at 18"x24" and hung up in his room. They were the first edits made for Giano and pushed my graphic boundary outside of the box I was comfortable in. I took photos of Giano competing and from his media day and used them to illustrate his unique mindset and determination for his passion.
